Founded in 1998, MindKey Group A/S is a human resources software development and consulting enterprise. We design, build, and implement innovative human resources systems and processes to help companies effectively grow and align human talents and performance with business strategies.

Where We Come From
For almost a decade we developed Human Resources Management, Balanced Scorecard, Business Process Management, and Questionnaire solutions for Microsoft Dynamics™ AX.
The success of these products directly reflects the experience we’ve gained by collaborating with more than 600 partners to serve 1,100 companies in 40 countries around the globe.
In early 2005, we launched MindKey™ HCM, our award-winning Human Capital Management application that integrates talent management and performance management with business strategy in a consolidated, easy-to-use management tool.
We build our software on the Microsoft .Net platform and integrate with Microsoft Office products to ensure quality and longevity, and to provide users with interfaces familiar from Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.

MindKey Group’s headquarters in the United States, MindKey Inc., is based in Parsippany, NJ. MindKey Inc. sells licences and offers effective, comprehensive consulting services for the suite of Human Resources systems for Microsoft Dynamics AX and MindKey HCM. Established in 2006, MindKey Inc. is now firmly positioned as the go-to experts in Human Resources and Payroll for Microsoft Dynamics AX.

MindKey Group's European headquarters are located in Vedbaek, Denmark, nestled comfortably in Solitude House, which is a former royal summer home that overlooks a small harbor just north of Copenhagen. Solitude House is home to MindKey Group's Product Development and MindKey Consulting divisions, and our Greyit and Composing subsidiaries.
