My professional career has always been entrepreneurial in nature, and building a software development business is what I want to do. Period. My mantra is to “work hard and play hard,” and I’ve ingrained this value in the company culture at MindKey Group A/S. I constantly seek perfection when I set out to create a product, serve a customer, or coach employees.

My professional life has always been about two things: software and people. I’ve worked with all aspects of software development for 25 years. For 20 years I’ve had my own company, where I foster an atmosphere in which innovation is encouraged, and decisions are not based on politics.

My strength is my understanding of future technologies and corporate trends. I understand my customers’ need for software tools that support and shape human behavior and processes.

Outside work I spend time with friends, and take great pleasure from good food and wine. To develop myself as a person I meditate, take long walks in the woods, mountain bike and run. To develop my philosophies on life I study Zen and Objectivism.
