David Erickson

David brings an eclectic business background to MindKey Group A/S, coming onboard to head MindKey Inc., our Americas business. He has held global, corporate vice president appointments in HR shared services and strategy at Pfizer and Honeywell International, as well as corporate director positions in applications development and organizational development at Warner-Lambert and Bristol-Myers Squibb. David has leveraged this experience into a successful business transformation consulting practice, and has advised senior management teams independently, and with partners, for such diverse companies as Hewlett-Packard, Lucent, the United Nations, Nokia, Telenor, and Alpharma.

David fervently believes that an organization differentiates itself in the marketplace through its people; by finding, developing, rewarding, and celebrating talented individuals. David built organizations on that foundation, and delivered HR processes which supported broad talent strategy.

As an executive in Fortune 25 companies, David was the customer. He was a buyer, implementer, and operator of enterprise HR software and a consumer of consulting services. He now contributes this unique perspective to MindKey Inc. developing and marketing MindKey™ HCM and Microsoft Dynamics™ AX software products for our customers, enabling them to optimize their business strategies. He understands the client because he has been the client.

David’s renaissance interests extend beyond his business life. He is a professionally produced playwright and avid big wall rock climber. For David, business, theatre, and rock climbing have something crucial in common: “All three are about teamwork and collaboration,” he says. “The team is always greater than the sum of its parts.”
