Søren Boje Mortensen

Søren joined MindKey Group after spending most of his career in a variety of positions with Scandinavian Airlines. His former duties included those of HR Director, senior management consultant and strategic project manager, and executive management. For the past four years Søren has developed software for the international airline industry, and has been heavily involved in product management, global sales, and professional services for many of the largest airline corporations in the world.

As Executive Vice President of MindKey Consulting, Søren ensures that the consultants consistently exceed customer expectations, and that MindKey™ HCM lives up to its potential as a change agent for human performance and talent development.

Søren recently summited the 50 year mark, and celebrated by holding a party for many of the people that are closest to him. According to Søren, “life, like parties, is about people. Your family and friends, acquaintances you make, people you share experiences with, and the people you work with and work for.” His focus on people is evident in his professional trademark, which is his uncanny knack for fostering cooperation among people, and maximizing team performance toward shared visions. From difficult union negotiations to large software implementation projects, he always concentrates on effective human collaboration.

The bottomless well from which Søren draws his energy is his family; Gitte, his wife of 25 years, and his two adult sons Mikkel and Rasmus. Besides his family, Søren indulges his passion for music. His wide-ranging tastes include classic-rock, comtemporary music such as Gnarls Barkley, and jazz by Billie Holiday and Ibrahim Electric. He attends live performances as often as possible in and around his hometown of Copenhagen, Denmark.
