You're responsibilities will include presales activities, and solution analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX Payroll solutions.

Your qualifications include:
Outstanding process understanding:
- Understand and map a customer's business processes against the business process in Microsoft Dynamics AX Payroll
- Discuss business processes with customers and provide valid recommendations for improvements
Outstanding analytical skills:
- Collect business requirements from customers and compare them to the application's feature set
- Identify application gaps from the requirement and suggest valid workarounds
- Author functional specifications for modifications or customizations required to address requirements
- Review and map complex interfaces between Microsoft Dynamics AX and external applications
- Provide overall "blueprint" design suggestions
Outstanding planning skills:
- Provide time and resource estimates for the different phases of an implementation project
- Work in a structured manner
- Drive to deadlines, but be aware of constraints and issues that might impact them
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills:
- Work and communicate with people at multiple levels and functions in the organizations
- Transform business needs to technical solutions by working closely together with the development team
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations for small and large audiences
- Conduct training courses for customer super users
- Show great flexibility and motivation to travel the world on the job
Outstanding IT skills:
- One or more payroll solutions such as SAP HR, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ceridian, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Microsoft Visio for mapping business processes
- Time and attendance applications
