On February 19th, 2008, MindKey Group A/S committed to delivering Mindkey™ HCM to Totempo A/S.
Totempo A/S employs 500 people accross Denmark, and expects that number to grow to 700 by year's end. With annual revenue's topping 100 million dollars, their primary business focus is road-side assistance and one-stop service. They are Denmark's third largest authorized Ford and SsangYong dealer, and currently have eight departments. Totempo A/S is ISO 9001 certified, and was recognized by Børson magazine as being among Denmark's fastest growing companies in 2003, 2005, 2006, and 2007, and was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2004, 2005, 2006 og 2007.
Initially, Totempo A/S will use Mindkey HCM skal to manage employee master data. The next phase will be to use the templates, surveys, and processes available in MindKey™ PrePare to support employee discussions. After these important processes are in place, Totempo A/S will start concentrating on the recruitment, competency profiling, and course administration featues in the system.
