Anders began working with ERP solutions ten years ago as a consultant and business analyst, and has become specialized in business areas related to human capital management (HCM).

These customer-facing roles have given Anders a deep insight into what customers want and need from their business software, and have shaped his unique ability to bridge the gap between technological requirements and business ideas, goals, and processes. His strong communication skills and analytical instincts make him an exemplary business analyst in the often difficult and crucial design phase of an IT development project. Anders is dedicated, persistent, and conscientious in his work habits, but also retains a sense of humor that endears him to his colleagues.

When he’s off the clock, Anders likes to spend his time traveling, fishing, hunting, sailing, and spending time with his family and friends.
