What We Do
Founded in 1998, MindKey A/S is a Human Resources software development and consulting enterprise. We design, build, and implement innovative human resources systems and processes to help companies effectively grow and align human talents and performance with business strategies.
MindKey's European headquarter is located in Vedbaek, Denmark, nestled comfortably in Solitude House, which is a former royal summer home that overlooks a small harbor just north of Copenhagen.
In early 2005, we launched MindKey™ HCM, our award-winning Human Capital Management application that integrates talent management and performance management with business strategy in one easy-to-use management tool.
We build our software on the Microsoft .Net platform and integrate with Microsoft Office products to ensure quality and longevity, and to provide users with interfaces familiar from Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.
