Aller Media A/S is implementing MindKey™ HCM

Aller Media A/S has signed a contract with MindKey Software to implement MindKey™ HCM at its office in Denmark, with a project kick-offf date in early August, 2009.

 

Aller is the leading publisher of magazines and weeklies in the Nordic countries, where it sells more than three million weeklies in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. In Denmark alone, more than two out of five Danes read an Aller magazine each week.

Also a modern media company with a digital media strategy, Aller runs some of the most visited Internet sites in the Nordic countries and is a top provider of premium rate mobile activities. Furthermore, Aller offers on and off-line advertising media, delivering services such as client publishing, instore magazines, free magazines and other business publications.

Aller has chosen MindKey™ HCM as the human capital management system it will use to maintain and develop its organization structure, administrate information about its employees, and manage business competencies accross its organization. Additionally, Aller is planning to integrate MindKey HCM with several of its core IT systems, including its payroll application, to form a fully unified IT strategy.
