Exciting and Ambitious HR Project for Denmark’s Third Largest Energy Company, SYD ENERGI
SYD ENERGI supplies power to southern Jutland, where they own an energy distribution network that delivers power to approximately 750,000 people in the region. SYD ENERGI is a professional organization with over 600 technical and administrative experts in providing power and digital communications.
SYD ENERGI has chosen MindKey™ HCM as the performance management tool the company will use to maintain a collective overview of employee information, with special emphasis on competencies, development, employee discussions, recruiting, performance goals and activities. The company will also take advantage of the system’s strong support for administrative HR duties so that HR personnel can concentrate on development activities that drive the company’s business strategy and continued growth.
MindKey HCM will contribute toward optimizing investments in employees by increasing engagement with processes and methods that cultivate favorable conditions for developing abilities in-step with changing business climates. The solution will integrate with SYD ENERGI’s current finance and payroll systems in Microsoft Dynamics AX, and the course management functionality in Futurematch.
Additionally, SYD ENERGI is implementing APV (workplace evaluations) and wellness assessments on MindKey Software’s hosted survey solution, which is fully integrated with MindKey HCM.
