MindKey HCM processes have been developed based on exhaustive research studies, site visits, and most importantly, on direct feedback from customers. Software is only good if it supports the right businesses processes, so we’ve listened carefully to the real world people to find out what their real pains are, what their real wants are, and where we can really help.
This learning has helped us create several personas intended to illustrate some of the ways in which organizational roles interact with and benefit from MindKey HCM. Although the personas are fictional, the processes they execute are very real, and you can probably recognize them.
