From manual processes - to strategic HR
When Charlotte started with DELACOUR DANIA, the company used spreadsheets and manual processes to manage information about its employees. When mapping the organizational structure, she walked from office to office, asking the occupant where he or she belongs on the chart. “We realized we needed a system that lets us efficiently organize and utilize information about our employees and advocates,” tells Charlotte, “we had our payroll system, which is effective in its own right, but we didn’t have a solution that could handle the full spectrum of employee information.”

DELACOUR DANIA will use competency profiles and automated, workflow enabled discussions between managers and employees in MindKey HCM to create a clear picture of each person’s strengths and personality so that the firm can easily match the right lawyer with the right task. “I used to use our mail system to find someone who had experience with a certain kind of case,” Charlotte remembers, “but now it’ll be easier to find the person whose background and education align best with the needs of the client.”
DELACOUR DANIA shows due diligence in everything it does, including its evaluations of new IT investments, and the firm carefully considered several systems. What it learned was that while several can provide some of the same functionality as MindKey HCM, and still others would try to develop it, MindKey HCM was by far the most user friendly system that DELACOUR DANIA reviewed. The firm liked MindKey HCM for the way the system structures and delivers employee data in a convenient, comprehensive overview, but in the end the firm based its decision to go with MindKey HCM on the solution’s unmatched usability.
