A few experiences with MindKey.

The Danish Transport Authority governs the public transport sector on behalf of the Danish Ministry of Transport and is engaged in national as well as international commitments. The Danish Transport Authority deals with HR in a way that is extraordinarily targeted. As a result of the targeted Human Resource efforts, the Danish Transport Authority, has become ISO 900 certified in the HR area, as one of very few organizations. This requires a very stable IT platform, that is able to maintain and ensure a high quality in our Employee data – This is why we selected MindKey. Most managers in our larger departments use the system actively, especially for Employee discussions. We have discovered, that MindKey not only enables them to make good evaluations that concur with our high standards, it also, perhaps more importantly, improves the preparations for both managers and employees. Employees give us positive feedback regarding the use of the system for preparations for Development Discussions and the results are far more productive because the meeting is spent on focused discussion and not on negotiating back and forth.

NKT Flexibles

NKT Flexibles deliver flexible pipe systems to the offshore oil and gas industry as well as the chemical & water industry worldwide. NKT Flexibles make large demands on all Human Resource functions. With MindKey, we have solved our needs for a modern and user friendly system, that can grow with us. MindKey is also a highly skilled partner for us regarding the technological side of solving our integration requirements. Over the last years, we have widened our use of system functions. Today, we have implemented the MindKey Employee Management, Recruitment, Training Management, Competence Management, Strategic goals, Performance evaluations and questionnaires.

3F

3F is the largest trade union in Denmark with 370,168 members. The union organizes both skilled and unskilled workers. Historically, 3F has been using Microsoft Office products, such as Excel sheets, for managing HR activities. Although it has been a functional solution, there have been challenges with communicating clearly and with accessing Human Resource information across the organization, whilst motivating everyone to really get involved with our HR processes. Since the implementation of MindKey, we have come a long way. We have reduced the amount of resources being put into administration and increased the commitment from employees to central HR processes. The HR function has increased our ability to adapt the development of employees to the Business Strategy. The overall quality of discussions between managers and employees has improved and the ability of HR to control and use information has been made much more professional.

SYD ENERGI

SYD ENERGi is one of the largest energy companies in Denmark. They also provide high-speed fibre networks to the local market. In the future, SYD ENERGI, is to be the sort of company, that is regarded an obvious career opportunity for managers in the southern part of the country. In order to achieve that, we must make a number of strategic decisions, MindKey was the first of those decisions to come. . The MindKey solution met our initial requirements for standard development, functionality and user friendliness as well as our needs for adaptations. MindKey is more than a Human Resource system to us. We use it for 360 degree feedback at the Executive- and managers level as well as for Satisfaction surveys and Risk analysis. It took us less than one year, to get control of most HR activities and Performance evaluations and at the same time, we have gathered everything in a single integrated solution.

Movia

Movia is the largest transport company in Denmark. When we chose MindKey, we were looking for a Recruitment system that was able to handle the entire process starting with the acknowledgement of a need for additional competence and until the Employment becomes a fact. Currently, it is our experience that recruitment has become far more easy and it runs more smoothly and professionally. We are working on the digitalization of the entire HR function. We discovered, that the MindKey system has more abilities, than we had expected to begin with. So we have decided to carry on and expand on the same integrated platform as we implement system support to new areas such as Competence development and Annual Reviews.
