360 degree Evaluation

360 degree Evaluations are used increasingly by organizations in order to develop and strengthen the individual potential and competence of managers. The MindKey 360 degree Evaluation, is a powerful Management tool to evaluate staff members and improve performance.

The 360 degree Evaluation is an action oriented tool for identification and evaluation of strengths and development opportunities for each individual manager. It´s a complete feedback on behaviour –  a behavioural assessment from the stakeholders, that one relates to most commonly. The evaluation is carried out through a questionnaire, containing your preferred choices of questions and answers, regardless if you are using a known Profiling tool or your own proprietary questionnaire.
