Career and Development

Career and Development management supports the short- and long term advancements of staff members. MindKey Career and Development Management is closely integrated into Career paths, Development targets and activities, Competence management, Course management and Succession planning. The module, Development targets and activities, is a key instrument to ensure that employees develop according to the requirements of the organization as well as individual wants.

Managers gain a valuable tool for planning and implementation that ensures both overview and insight and motivates the employees to actively participate in the development of their own qualifications and maintain any certifications they might have. Employees, managers and the Human Resource Department get a complete overview of past and present development activities including courses and other kinds of development activities. Needs for development can be identified as Competence gaps for groups of employees at an organizational and team level.
