Competence management

The MindKey Competence management module enables you to set up and maintain your own Competence catalogue with an optional use of taxonomy. Required profiles can be set up at an individual level through Jobs and Positions and at a Team- and Department level.

MindKey ensures that Competence is an essential and closely integrated part of Human Resource processes such as Position Management, Recruitment, Development, Education- and Training management, Career- and Succession management and follow up on goals and performance.

Competence evaluation with MindKey is an integrated part of the Discussion function that saves previous evaluations made by managers and employees. Graphic Competence- and Gap profiles at all levels provide a good current overview of each staff member and they provide valuable input for Development- and Career options or even Recruitment needs. Using advanced search- and filtering options, it´s simple to select the candidate best suited for a position or role. Furthermore, the Human Resource Department is able to compare Competence Profiles to jobs, departments and teams, ensuring that the Strategic and Tactical Competence Development plans of the organization are complied with.
