Course management

MindKey covers all phases in the administration of courses for staff members in the organization. The Training Module supports both planning, supply and administration. Workflow ensures an easy and safe handling of Course Intentions, enrolments, and completion between Course administrators, Human Resource departments, managers and employees. MindKey is designed for organizations that develop and offer courses and other training activities for their own staff members. The MindKey Course Management system provides managers and employees with an easy overview of all available courses, enrolments, status and history.

Free text searches in the Training Programme make it easy for employees and managers to find suitable training and register. Using the Course Intention Function, Human Resource Departments and Course Administrators get an overview of training needs that are in demand and are then able to plan courses and put together classes if so desired.

The Course Calendar displays an overview of planned courses. Detailed information is provided to the employee by activating the selected course.

Course, including description, supplier, price model and duration. The detailed information on content is registered in the sheet ” External Note” while the ”Planned Courses” sheet is for details such as duration, location, instructor etc.

The Employee enrollment with the free text search field. By activating ”Enrolment” the employee can add a commentary and send the enrolment for approval by a manager and/or Course administrator. If a desired Training is unavailable, there is an option to send a note of ”Course Intention”.

Report of participants for each course, indicating status and time of registration.
