Discussion Management

The MindKey Discussion module enables you to plan, prepare, implement and document discussions and evaluations to benefit the complete Human Resource process. The following types of discussions are examples of discussions that are very suitable for effective planning and documentation with MindKey:

  • Administration: 3 month interview, Salary discussions, Leave Discussions, Termination Discussions
  • Staff development- and performance: Appraisal Interviews and Performance reviews
  • Management Development: 360 degree Evaluation and various types of discussions with relation to Job Satisfaction and Risk Management.

The Questionnaire Function is integrated into the Discussion Management module in MindKey, supporting each type of discussion and making them more complete, by gathering employee responses electronically. The system can be adjusted to suit you own discussion concepts.

The Human Resource Department implements the types of discussions that are in use by the organization. All instructions, evaluations and any available questionnaires are ready at hand with MindKey in order to ensure, that managers and employees are enabled to plan, execute and follow up on interviews according to Organizational requirements.

When planning a discussion, a guide is available to the user, supporting each step of the process, including the final booking of the discussion in the Microsoft Outlook Calendar.

An example of a performance review, including a questionnaire and evaluations of performance and goals, responses can be added by both manager and employee. Here, the manager concludes a planned and executed discussion, with an update of the competence level and a final evaluation.
