Discussion Management
The MindKey Discussion module enables you to plan, prepare, implement and document discussions and evaluations to benefit the complete Human Resource process. The following types of discussions are examples of discussions that are very suitable for effective planning and documentation with MindKey:
- Administration: 3 month interview, Salary discussions, Leave Discussions, Termination Discussions
- Staff development- and performance: Appraisal Interviews and Performance reviews
- Management Development: 360 degree Evaluation and various types of discussions with relation to Job Satisfaction and Risk Management.
The Questionnaire Function is integrated into the Discussion Management module in MindKey, supporting each type of discussion and making them more complete, by gathering employee responses electronically. The system can be adjusted to suit you own discussion concepts.
