Leave Reporting
MindKey offers a complete overview to both HR, managers and individual employees, of spent-, planned and due holidays.
Leave can be registered centrally by HR or locally by a manager or staff member. When an employee registers a leave, an approval work flow is directed towards the immediate manager. Every Job category has a work calendar set up, and through this, the system handles both full and partial leaves with regard to adding or concluding days of leave.
Examples of Leave Reporting

- Deliver statistics necessary for following up and planning
