Organizational Management
Organizational Management in MindKey contains organizational units, locations, jobs, open positions and tasks as well as the overlying reporting structure. The formal organizational structure is kept up to date with appointment history and the informal team- and project structure is maintained with participants and roles. Organizational Management is the very foundation for a role based approach to all HR processes, the interaction between HR, managers and employees is founded on the organizational- and reporting structure through the hierarchy of positions.
The Strategic initiatives are operationalized and anchored in the organization through ownership, performance and follow up on the results. MindKey also enables reporting and analysis of the organization from a historical or even a projected viewpoint.
