Questionnaire

The MindKey Questionnaire makes an efficient tool for knowledge gathering, as it´s easy to use and fully integratable. The Questionnaire, that collects the questions and topics that have been answered electronically, is useful for integration into different types of discussions. Examples of Questionnaires that can be implemented and executed in MindKey: 3 month Interviews, Job Satisfaction surveys, Development reviews, Performance appraisals, Risk Analysis and Termination forms.

With MindKey you can integrate your own Questionnaires. The Questionnaire, sets of questions, response options and questions are set up with instructions and validations.

For example, questions can be set up with predefined options for responses such as free text or multiple choice.
