Strategy
With the implementation of Strategic goals in MindKey, the strategy becomes anchored with all levels of the organization and a well balanced consistency is formed between short term employee targets and strategic goals at an organizational, departmental- and functional level. Strategic goals are implemented initially, followed by the reporting structure of your choice. Reporting can be hierarchical and built manually or it can be direct, based on the organizational structure or an informal matrix structure. Either way, the result is an efficient reporting model, that ensures access to both budgets and evaluation as well as progress and results.
