Central administration
Management of users and rights, as well as installation and management of MindKey, can be handled from a central IT function, as access to all the program functions, or even parts of them, can be controlled with Windows Active Directory.
Workflow
The central actions in Human Resource processes are handled by a workflow function, that leads the user through stages of the process, at the right order, and enables you to remind relevant stakeholders through pop-up messages or email.
Web-integration
You can integrate MindKey into web solutions including Microsoft Office SharePoint based intranet. Using standard components, MindKey data can easily be integrated into existing or newly developed intranet solutions. Specialized solutions can be developed for other types of more specific requirements for functions in the intranet. MindKey web parts are based on ASP.net and Silverlight.

Reporting
Built in reports based on Microsoft Reporting Services provide a good overview and an easy opportunity for documenting and reporting information from MindKey. Using Reporting Services, additional reports can be developed and integrated into MindKey. From data in a Microsoft Microsoft SQL Server-standarddatabase, you can also extract and process analytical data for various Business Intelligence scenarios. BI data can be displayed graphically with Excel for instance. The system is delivered with a large number of standard reports, designed for each function and user role. Furthermore, an intelligent reporting model comes with the system, enabling you to develop your own reports easily, using Microsoft Reporting Services.
