Data
Being a customer, you can access and download data and templates through our Client Portal for use in your MindKey system. The data is proven and can be taken into use directly or used for inspiration when the system is being put to use, saving you hours of work.
Data is downloaded from the Client Portal and can be imported through the systems import function. Data can be downloaded in relevant coherent packages. Examples of data:
- Job descriptions
- Education
- Competence catalogue
- Evaluation models
- Discussion types including electronic questionnaires including 3 month Interviews, Development discussions and severance discussions
- Different targets for employee development- and performance targets
- Satisfaction surveys
- Risk analysis
The templates are Word documents or Excel files, developed as integrated templates for use in MindKey functions. Examples of Templates:
- Employment contracts
- Correspondence for all stages of a recruitment process
- Instructions for Discussion guide and Target guide
- KPI´s for Dashboards/Business Intelligence
