A typical implementation

By using our proven standards, we are the guarantor for your speedy, cost efficient and secure start up with MindKey. From a comprehensive view, a MindKey implementation project can be divided into four phases:

  • Phase 1: Data conversion of existing Master Data, possibly creation of customized adaptations and integration into other management systems
  • Phase 2: Super user training and basic set-up of MindKey
  • Phase 3: Test and adjustment/further configuration of MindKey
  • Phase 4: Training of ambassadors/managers and roll out of MindKey

These four phases will include three continuous tracks. A Technical track, primarily IT, a Training- and Implementation track and finally, a Communication track.
