integrationMindKey can be integrated into any other systems in your organization that contains employee information, including finance, payroll and hour/case systems.

Integration between MindKey and third party systems is based on our standard tools and can be adjusted to your requirements. We offer you a short analytic phase that is based on our specifications in order to decide which systems are to be integrated, which systems are to be master/slave and the function of the technical solution. The analytic phase ensures that both the start-up and the effect of a MindKey solution is as intended, both with regard to optimization of workflow and elimination of double records.

Needs and requirements are different for everyone, this is the reason for the numerous different variants of integration that are in production with MindKey customers. It is our experience that adaptations to our standard integrations are easily done and can be implemented at a low cost. We use systems such as SSIS, import/export XML formats and Data warehouses for integrations. We have a wide experience with development of reports for displaying data from third party systems in MindKey such as salary statistics for Human Resource use and payroll information to benefit both HR and staff members through self service functions.
