Position Management

Position Management describes the Organization as a hierarchy of roles and responsibilities, independent from employees. Position management is key to effective organization of employees, Talent Management, Succession Planning and more. The Position structure expresses the reporting structure which is used in MindKey to identify who approves for who, who is allowed to access which information and who is accountable according to the HR processes that are set up.
