Day and night - you are able to open cases with our Help Desk function through our hotline, where you can also keep track of the status. This is the preferred and the most efficient way to connect with our Service Center. All other contact can be made by telephone, if you so prefer under your hotline agreement.

Our customers have access to our online Client Portal and its content of updates, news information of the system and process assistance. Production ready set-up data and templates are also accessible for import and use in your own system.

We continuously host various user arrangements, where MindKey customers meet at our initiative. The agenda can include topics such as mutual user recommendations and advice and feedback to us regarding development. Also, we keep you updated on plans for future functionality, release of new versions and demonstrations of new functions and interesting customer cases.
