MindKey helps me gain insight into my roles and responsibilities. Through intuitive guides, I can set-up my own Development- and Performance targets which are sent to my manager for approval. Successively, I am able to evaluate them and keep my manager informed of my current status on targets and progress. Also I can initiate discussions.

Furthermore, I can sign up for courses and make sure I comply with my plans for development and activities as well as targets. In other words, I have gained insight into my career and I have a clear vision of the competence, I am to develop further.

I can manage my personal information and keep my master data and resume up to date with accurate information. I am also able to access all relevant information that is registered on my personal record by HR and my manager including information on equipment that has been made available to me.

I am able to report leave- and hour registrations with MindKey, which are automatically sent to my manager for approval. Also I can continuously monitor the status for the leave and hour registrations.

HR Processes

  • Employees can request vacation leave through the system and see the status for leave days
  • Deviation reporting of hours according to the setup calandar. Daily working hours are updated on the simple user interface, that anyone can use without initial training
  • Reporting and follow up on hours due, plus/minus balances on flexitime/employee by aid of various reports and report parameters
  • Performance targets including description,level, priority, weight, periodisation and activities that are attached to Strategic goals
  • Effective follow up and feedback on progress
  • Target evaluation with the option for Performance evaluations for managers and employees including comments
  • Response to questionnaires
