I get an overview of the number of employees, that we´ll need now and going forward, also I can access and manage all their master data, using nothing but MindKey. Our intranet runs MindKey data and through integration, all data on staff members are automatically updated in our other management systems. Previously, I had to maintain and collect data from different systems.
MindKey is an indispensable system in my everyday life, given that all my HR functions are put together in one single comprehensive system. My responsibilities and my duties have been significantly strengthened. Due to the MindKey management functions, I no longer have to spend time searching for information and double registering.
The search functions are effective and enable me to find relevant information on a single employee, a department or the entire organization. I get full value from our HR data through the many different types of reports and statistics that come with the system. At any time, I can extract data from the system, including important key figures for management use.

- Job descriptions including tasks, responsibilities and requirements for competence, education and certification
- Employment history including information on department, employee, position, location and employment category
- Organizational structure including location, manager and headcount
- Matrix and team/project structures including participants and roles
- Reports and analysis of the organization including employments, jobs and positions, terminations and staff turnover
