With MindKey, I have gained a tool, that enables me to setup and develop a current catalogue of competences that supports our business. Through this, I can get a quick overview of our profiles and competences and form an opinion on our readiness both on the short- and longer term. This has really strengthened my planning and sparring with managers.
I can do gap analysis on both an individual and organizational level and thereby contribute to a dynamical development of both employee and organization, so that we are always ready for tomorrows challenges. Furthermore, I am able to offer an attractive learning environment, that supports Career and Succession planning, in cooperation with our Training Manager.
I assist managers in searching for specific types of Competence to solve current tasks on a regular basis, the system makes it an efficient and rational process.
