HR Manager

With MindKey, I have gained a complete HR overview of the entire organization. This enables me to follow the solutions and developments in my HR team closely, because we all use the same platform.
MindKey is my primary Management Information system. For instance, I use it to supply the Strategic reports to Management that illustrate the development and operation of the organization and it´s also useful for the long term Human Resource planning that contributes to the continued success of our organization.
I set up our Strategic direction and deploy it in the organization with MindKey. Then, I can easily follow up and report to Management on status and progress, so that relevant Management information is accessible with a very low input of resources.
Our work environment is also monitored with MindKey, for instance we monitor it through Risk analysis and Satisfaction surveys. Furthermore, the system manages the 360 degree Manager evaluations, that we use for the Managers Development programmes.

- Planning function dedicated to Satisfaction surveys including selection of respondents by organization and position, for instance
- Planning function dedicated to the 360 degree evaluation, including selection of respondents and roles compared to the manager who is being evaluated, based on the organizational- and reporting structure
- Workflow support including integration into Outlook e-mail, in order to give notice and follow up
- Anonymous response and commentary report including explanatory comments on responses
