With MindKey, I get an overview of my staff members and their potential. Plans and appointments with them are documented and useful regarding follow-up and feedback. This strengthens my role as a manager and my ability to influence employees in a constructive way.

Through intuitive guides, I am able to plan, execute and document various discussions and ensure knowledge sharing with the employee as well as the Human Resource Department, so that both activities and the Development plan, that has been agreed to, are supported with courses, job training or similar activities.

I am able to ensure, that our strategy, values and culture are operationalized with each individual employee. I can set-up realistic targets for them and support their efforts by ensuring the Competence Development targets are directly correlated to the goals of my department.

On occasion, recruitments are required and job descriptions etc. are easily communicated to HR, so that they advertise for a candidate with the right qualifications. Furthermore, I can participate in the recruitment process myself and have relevant candidates and their data displayed. In addition, I am able to search our MindKey candidate index for even more prospective and relevant candidates.
