The Jobagent provides me with a simple, maintenance free web system, that has completely replaced the demanding process of handling unsolicited applicants. These applicants just sign up with the Jobagent and they are automatically reminded by email when a relevant advertisement is published.
By using the mail merge and e-mail options, I am able to communicate decisions from the initial interview and until a job offer or rejection is made to the applicant. This ensures a professional and uniform communication with the applicants.
