Training Manager

I can set-up a company specific Course catalogue, that contains both internal and external courses. Regarding the external courses, the Training Module provides me with an overview that enables me to take advantage of economies of scale.
Through employee Development plans and Course intentions, I am able to support the relevant Competence development activities by setting up and enrolling employees to training.
I have a comprehensive view of all courses that employees take part in and I can easily report the information to managers and employees and suggest next steps in their development.
