What principles and values does MindKey emphasize to ensure a good customer experience?

“MindKey places great emphasis on principles such as quick response and empathy. Support strives to create an open and trusting communication with customers so that they feel heard and understood. This includes being patient and making sure all questions are answered thoroughly. Each customer is unique, and therefore the approach is adapted to suit each customer's needs and challenges. Our goal is to exceed customer expectations by providing solutions that not only solve the current problem, but also prevent future complications.”

How does MindKey adapt to different customer needs and specific challenges?

“MindKey adapts by taking into account each customer's unique situation and needs. It is important to listen actively and thoroughly assess each client's specific challenges. We often start by asking a series of questions to accurately understand what the customer is experiencing and this allows us to tailor our solutions to be most effective for the particular situation. No problem is too small or too big, as we are here to help with everything from simple queries to complex technical problems.”

How does MindKey integrate customer feedback and experiences into their ongoing improvements to both the system and customer support processes?

“MindKey actively works to integrate customer feedback into continuous improvements. To ensure that customer input is taken into account, an approach is implemented in which some feedback is recorded and analyzed. By analyzing this feedback, we can identify patterns and areas that require attention or improvement. The process also involves the support team working closely with the development team to implement necessary system updates or changes based on the feedback collected. In addition, there are regular meetings and workshops to discuss customer experiences and shared learning across departments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.”

Right now, half the country is at the beach, and the HR inbox is, thankfully, a little emptier than usual. But this is also when the difficult questions quietly start piling up for when everyone returns. Five weeks of vacation. It sounds simple, right up until it has to be coordinated for 200 employees, three teams, and a December deadline all at once. Here is what really trips up HR—and what a system can take care of.

Pay transparency doesn't have to be a side project

The EU's Pay Transparency Directive is on its way, and most HR professionals know that things need to be put in place. The Danish legislative proposal suggests that the rules will come into effect on January 1, 2027. This might not sound urgent, but when you consider everything that needs to be documented, structured, and communicated, now is a good time to start.

On May 20th, HR professionals and leaders gathered for a networking event on AI in HR at Mindkey. Two speakers. One common question: what does it demand of us when AI becomes part of how we work? Here are the key takeaways from the day – and an invitation to delve deeper into the topic again at our webinar on June 17th.
