A user can have one or more roles: As an employee, you have access to your own data; as a manager, you have access to your employees' data; and in your HR role, you generally have access to all data. However, this can be restricted, and you can create as many variations of the employee, manager, and HR roles as you wish, including defining what each role is permitted to view and update.
MindKey offers a well-composed, well-structured, and flexible system that can be adapted in configuration and functionality by you, and can grow in line with your needs.

Yes, the system is modular, which provides flexibility and the opportunity for gradual implementation and adoption of the system.
MindKey constantly monitors operations, optimizes response times, and performs daily backups, which are available for up to 6 months.
MindKey automatically upgrades all customers with new functionality. The modules you have purchased access to are automatically included in the upgrade – at no extra cost.
MindKey is currently available in Danish, Greenlandic, English, German, Swedish, Norwegian, and Finnish. Each user can select their preferred language. We are continuously expanding the language options on our platform.
