Job postings are professionally formatted, the website receives GDPR-compliant unsolicited applications, and a job agent keeps candidates updated on relevant positions.

"We now have a really great display of our job openings when we post them – both on our website, LinkedIn, etc. This strengthens our brand."

The recruitment process is now a closed and structured cycle – benefiting candidates, managers, and HR alike.

"For managers, it's beneficial that they can view, assess, and rate candidates within the system. It's easy to access, and we avoid communicating information outside of Mindkey, which could end up in the wrong places."
