Efficient implementation in three months
Before Mindkey, Tusass used an ESDH system where HR administration was a cumbersome and time-consuming task. The need for a better solution was clear – and Mindkey was the natural choice, based on HR Manager Helena Rotvig Kristiansen's previous positive experiences with the system.

A recruitment process that works
Mindkey is now fully integrated with Tusass' website. Applications and documents are handled in a structured and GDPR-compliant manner, and candidates can upload their own material, which is automatically archived in the system.
"Previously, applications were sent and received in various email inboxes. The recruitment process was not stable, and processes are never stable when they are person-dependent and reside in personal inboxes."
Today, the recruitment process is a closed and traceable loop. Managers can track candidates directly in the system, and once the right candidate is found, HR onboards them directly from Mindkey – without double data entry, as data automatically flows through the built-in integration.
"Mindkey makes a huge difference for us in our daily work. Administrative handling has become easier. We have a simpler case management system than before, and that helps all processes in our HR system. We have two fewer employees in HR, and Mindkey is a significant part of the explanation."
