The year that passed - when development occurs together

At Mindkey, we believe that the best solutions are created together with those who use them in everyday life. 2025 has been very much a year when that collaboration has proved its worth.

The year that passed - when development occurs together

We have worked closely with clients across industries - from municipalities and football clubs to hotels, cultural institutions and manufacturing companies. Common to all of them is the desire for more structure, overview and coherence in HR work.

When reality shapes the solution

Our system only gets better when it reflects the reality of those who use it. During the year, in close dialogue with our customers, we have developed new functions, adjusted processes and shared experiences that make everyday life easier for HR, managers and employees alike.

Among other things, our recruitment module has been upgraded, and many customers are already working on the new portal, which has been shaped through continuous feedback and concrete inputs. At the same time, our onboarding module has been expanded by further preboarding in cooperation with customers, so that they are even stronger in hiring new employees throughout the recruitment process.

It is in the dialogue that the ideas arise

As we challenge, simplify and find new ways of doing things together. A good example is the further development of our compensation review module, which this year has been strengthened in close cooperation with Bellagroup - especially with the help of Helle Kejser, Senior Business Partner, and Maria Mulbjerg Thimsen, HR Business Partner. Their perspectives and experiences from the client side have helped shape the module from practice.

Cross-border collaboration

We are proud to work with customers who dare to think new things and invite us right into the engine room when HR needs to be rethought. Whether it's onboarding, skill development, absenteeism or salary regulation, it's precisely the collaboration that makes the difference.

We look forward to sharing everything we have in the pipeline for the coming year. This applies to both solutions and functions that we have worked on for a long time, often in close cooperation with our customers. Among other things, we already have Pay transparency on the way, developed based on future legislation and concrete needs from practice.

Pay transparency doesn't just change the numbers - it changes relationships

Imagine a salary interview in six months. Your employee is sitting across from you. She knows what her colleagues in the same role earn on average. She knows where her salary places her in the category. And she knows what criteria apply. It's a different conversation than the one you guys have had before. The EU's Pay Transparency Directive is coming into force - and most of the attention so far has been on compliance, documentation and deadlines. It's relevant. But that's only half the picture.

AI Act: What should you as a company be aware of?

AI is increasingly taking up space in HR from recruitment to analytics and salary structure, technology is already a part of everyday life in many places. However, the AI regulation brings new requirements for how AI is used in practice. It's not just about compliance, but equally about creating an overview, structure and working responsibly with data and decisions. In this post, we take a closer look at what the AI regulation means for you as a company, and what you need to pay attention to when AI becomes part of your HR setup.

AI in HR: From Opportunities to Responsible Application

In practice, it is at least as much about data, structure and workflows as it does about the technology itself. Without a clear foundation, AI risks creating more complexity than value. At the same time, it is crucial to choose solutions that work responsibly with data and meet the requirements of the AI Regulation. Only when it all comes together does AI really start freeing up time in a way that lasts in practice.
